Go to Side Navigation bar and under Jewellery Plans, click on Customer Plans

Find the Investment plan to be deleted from the Search bar using the Plan ID or Customer Name

Post that, click on 3 Dot Button against the Investment Plan and then click on Cancel Plan

Verify Plan and Customer details, check Amount Collected, Amount Payable & Cancel Date

Enter the payment mode you are oaying through to the customer and click Proceed.

Check Account Close Voucher. You can Print the Voucher generated and finish
