From Jewellers.Live Dashboard, navigate to side Navigation bar and click on All Bookings under Advance Booking

From the Bookings list, find the Advance Booking using Booking ID or Customer Name

Against the Booking ID which has to be cancelled, click on 3 Dot and then click on Cancel Booking

Click on + Cancel Booking to continue cancelling the Booking

Cancel Booking window opens up. Booking details would show up for your reference. Confim the same and click on Cancel Booking

Warning for the same would pop-up. Click on Proceed to continue cancelling the Advance Booking ID

The Booking ID will be successfully cancelled and the status will be updated to Cancelled
