Now that you have defined rules/ terms for Advance Bookings. You can easily create Advance Booking for a Customer at your store

From Jewellers.Live Dashboard, navigate to side Navigation bar and click on All Bookings under Advance Booking

If you haven’t created any Order yet, click on + New booking

If you have already created Orders before, you can click on + New Booking button at the top right

Enter Customer Phone No. and verify using the OTP sent to Customer’s Phone No.

Specify customer details such as Full Name, Email, Date of Birth, Address, State, Pin Code, Referred by (If the Customer is already registered, after verification his/her details will automatically fill-up)

Click on Next to continue

Booking Details page would open up. Specify Weight (in gms) and Rate/gm. Below a blue line would come up suggesting, how much Advance you should take from the Customers

Click on Book Now to continue

Payment Mode page would open up. Specify the Payment details and click on Save Installments

You would receive a Pop-up, Booking Created Successfully and a small summary of the Advance Booking created
