As a Jeweler, you would want some rules to be laid down when doing an Advanced Booking so that you can continue to booking by keeping yourselves safe when preparing for an Advanced Order. For eg.

“I want 60% advance for Gold Jewelery upto 10 Gm of weight”

Or,

“I want 50% advance for Jewelry 20-45 Gm of weight”

In these cases, it becomes necessary to define rules before accepting an Advance Booking for an Order

To setup new Advance Booking Rules:

From Jewellers.Live Dashboard, navigate to side Navigation bar and click on Setup under Advance Booking

If you haven’t created any rules yet, click on + Setup Advance Booking

Else, if you have created some rules earlier, you will have the below view;

Specify, From and To Weight in Gms for which you want to lay down the rules, specify Advance % and Redeem Duration

You can click on + Add , to create a new rule under it. Finally, click on Save

Congratulations 🎉! You have successfully setup new Booking rules. You will be taken to Settlements Page where:

• All previously made bookings will remain unchanged and will not affect any bookings that have already been made
• The new booking terms/ rules will be applied to all the future bookings only
