In Jewelry business, Gold/Silver/platinum rates vary every day. As a Jeweler, you would want to update rates of the Commodities everyday to keep the business in On-mode.
On the left hand side Navigation bar, click on Jewellers.Live Dashboard
At the top right, hover on the Gold Rate next to the User Profle Icon and Click on Change Rates
Old Daily Rates would be visible. At the right above the daily rates list, click on +Add to Add/Update Daily Rates
You will get a Pop-up asking for Commodities Rate. Enter the rate, against the commodities.
Later, click on Update Prices. The updated Rates shall be visible on the Customer Dashboard
Open Jewellers.Live app on your Android Phone/ iPhone. From the Dashboard, click on Change Rates button under Today’s Rate
Specify rate against every Commodity and click on Update Prices
